Enrollment Commitment

Enrollment in any course, workshop, certification preparation, private session, or training program at Le Français Institute constitutes a commitment to the full duration of the selected program.

Once payment is completed and enrollment is confirmed:

  • All fees are final and non-refundable.

  • Seats reserved in any batch or private schedule are exclusively allocated to the enrolled student.

  • Teaching resources and academic planning begin immediately upon confirmation.

Enrollment Finality

Le Français Institute operates under a strict no-refund policy.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of personal schedule

  • Change of mind

  • Relocation

  • Visa outcomes

  • Work or academic commitments

  • Missed classes

  • Technical issues on the student’s side

  • Partial attendance or non-attendance

This policy ensures fairness, planning stability, and the highest standard of academic delivery for all enrolled students.

Batch Transfers (Subject to Approval)

In exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of the Institute:

  • A one-time batch transfer may be considered.

  • Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Approval is not guaranteed and depends on seat availability and academic continuity.

  • Administrative fees may apply.

Le Français Institute reserves the right to decline transfer requests that may disrupt academic structure.

Private Sessions & Customized Programs

For private lessons, corporate training, or customized programs:

  • Booked sessions are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered completed.

Course Cancellations by the Institute

In the rare event that Le Français Institute must cancel a course due to unforeseen institutional circumstances:

  • Students may be offered an alternative batch, credit, or rescheduling option.

  • Direct monetary refunds remain at the discretion of the Institute.
